We are looking for a Customer Journey & Marketing Automation Strategist who is excited to drive diverse projects and who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented team culture.
Responsibilities
- Bring the ability to visualize and translate marketing campaign conceptual ideas into technical execution
- Liaise with business units to take ownership of business outcomes, drive marketing performance and deliver compelling customer/prospect experiences
- Own the workflows and SLAs for complex processes such as lead qualification, lead scoring, lead routing, lead assignment, drip campaigns and trigger-based workflows
- Create comprehensive customer journey maps, identify touchpoints, and optimize interactions at each stage of the buying cycle, including IoT, CRM and offline customer journey data
- Collaboration with the different internal teams to develop and implement AI solutions to improve and accelerate customer journeys including personalization and contextualization
- Set up automated workflows, segmenting audiences, and deploying personalized campaigns across multiple outbound channels
- Audit and restructure of the current outbound communication, incl. email layout redesign
- Contribute to developing and refining digital marketing strategy by identifying areas of improvement and implementing projects independently and leveraging your skills and experience to determine ‘best practices’, along with managing & executing multiple technical projects within the automation system to deliver the marketing strategy
Basic Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, fluent written & spoken English required, ability to work in a global environment.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Analytical Skills
- A valid work permit is required for applicants who are not EU Citizens
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
Fully site based, flexible working, hybrid, 20% travel across Europe.
Key Competencies
- 3+ years’ experience working at Oracle Eloqua
- An associate’s degree (or international equivalent) in Marketing
- 5+ years of experience working in digital marketing role
- Proficiency in setting up seamless CX and automated communication flows at different touchpoints of the customer journey providing proactive engagement based on behavior triggers, in particular: nurturing campaigns; triggered-based campaigns; aftermarket communication
- Proven experience in implementing personalization solutions/tools to enhance customer experience
- Experience in implementing and leveraging marketing outbound channels, incl. SMS, WhatsApp, etc.
- Practice in defining omnichannel marketing strategies
- Experience in leveraging AI tools for improving marketing automation efficiency
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks across multiple projects
