Job Summary

The Hypercare team is specialized in qualifying customer inquiries to ensure they are all properly addressed. We are now expanding the team with a new member as an addition to the 7 current team members.

 

 Responsibilities

  • Inbound Leads: act as the first point of contact for leads received through the website or other sources.
  • Qualify these leads and proactively hand them off to the appropriate sales person or channel, ensuring adherence to standard procedures and delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Follow-ups: follow up with internal teams and distributors to ensure timely responses to customers.
  • NPS: support initiatives aimed at enhancing the company's Net Promoter Score (NPS) by creating positive experiences for all types of inbound inquiries

 

Basic Qualifications

 

Languages: English B2/C1; German B2/C1, Polish C1/C2 is nice to have.

Key Competencies

 

  • Previous experience in Customer Service/Help Desk, Telemarketing, Sales, or any previous sociable roles.
  • Determined and results oriented
