About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and data-savvy Digital Channel & Content Distribution Manager to join our Marketing Communications team. This role is essential in helping our Business Units (BUs) identify and leverage the optimal mix of digital channels to effectively reach and engage our diverse customer segments across 70+ brands.
Working closely with the Content Enablement & Strategy Manager, you will ensure that high-value content is distributed through the right channels, at the right time, to the right audiences—maximizing impact and driving demand generation.
Key Responsibilities

Channel Strategy & Optimization

Collaborate with BUs to define and refine digital channel strategies based on customer behavior, segment insights, and business goals.

Identify the most effective mix of owned, earned, and paid digital channels for each customer segment and content type.

Content Distribution Planning

Develop and manage content distribution frameworks to ensure consistent and strategic deployment across channels.

Be an advisor on distribution tactics with campaign objectives and customer journey stages.

Performance Monitoring & Insights

Define KPIs and reporting structures to measure channel effectiveness and content reach.

Use analytics to continuously optimize channel mix and distribution timing.

Technology & Tools

Ensure the effective use of marketing automation, CRM, social media management, and analytics platforms to support distribution efforts.

Partner with Web and digital teams to evaluate and implement new tools that enhance distribution capabilities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with the Content Enablement & Strategy Manager to ensure seamless integration between content creation and distribution.

Support BUs with training, best practices, and toolkits for digital channel management.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, channel strategy, or content distribution, preferably in a B2B or industrial setting.

Deep understanding of digital ecosystems including web, email, social, paid media, and emerging platforms.

Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems.

Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience with A/B testing, SEO/SEM, and audience segmentation.
