Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, manage and roll out technical solutions to support demand generation initiatives
  • Integrate web/marketing/sales tools to enable data flow to optimize marketing activities
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress
  • Coordinate across teams and stakeholders for the flawless execution of projects
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Perform risk analysis and management to minimize project risks
  • Identification of new functionality & leverage projects for demand generation processes & platforms
  • Analyze and report in regard to the effectiveness of the implemented projects

 

Our Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working in Oracle Eloqua. Proven success building programs, setting up integrations, and working with API connections.
  • 2+ years of experience working as a project manager. Proven success at managing multiple technical projects at the same time.
  • Strong knowledge of Javascript
  • Experience with Laravel/PHP
  • Experience working in Oracle Eloqua App Cloud Developer Platform
  • Oracle Eloqua Marketing Cloud Service Implementation Specialist Certification is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, fluent written & spoken English required, ability to work in a global environment.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to prioritize and problem solve
  • Able to efficiently manage stakeholders with competing priorities 
  • Experience in agile project management is a plus
