Global Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Messaging and content development: support go-to-market initiatives by developing value proposition based messaging for new product launches and coordinate the creation of brand compliant, product launch packages with external vendors (premium digital collateral, web content, animations etc).
- Regional growth: enable regional success through content development in local language by collaborating with regional stakeholders and delivering localized commercialization packages, customer engagement kits and other collateral.
- Drive process consistency: collaborate with regional stakeholders to implement and ensure adherence of standard work for commercialization initiatives.
- Content management: develop and maintain a digital asset management system that reduces waste, increases ROI on investments and drives speed of execution.
- Increase brand awareness: drive regional brand visibility and growth by creating and deploying meaningful campaigns in targeted geographies while monitoring brand health and performance.
- Strengthen offering adoption: partner with vertical marketing managers to promote new product launches and maintain a steady pipeline of content for input into demand generation campaigns.
- Target audience insights: develop customer persona profiles and share insights to enable personalized and targeted messaging in demand generation campaigns. Additionally, develop standard work and drive adoption of best practices.
Professional Requirements
- 4+ years global experience in Marketing or Marketing Communications.
- Experience with end-to-end marketing campaign approaches (email, social, PR, etc.). Experience in brand related campaigns will be highly valued
- Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities (and experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Bachelor’s Degree: Engineering, Marketing, or Business
- Fluency in English, additional languages a plus
- Self-driven, energetic and creative personality with a passion to drive results in a multi-dimensional role
- Strong inter-personal skills and excellent presentation skills with ability to effectively communicate complex ideas
- Comfortable with cross-functional stakeholder engagement in a global, matrix organizational structure
- Exceptional problem solving skills with a solutions-driven mindset. Ability to understand requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead projects from start to finish – identify opportunities and drive execution.
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
