Job Summary

Join the Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) team within our Center of Excellence (CoE) as a Global Webmaster — a key role responsible for shaping the structure, governance, and operational integrity of our global websites. This position ensures that all sites maintain enterprise-level consistency and compliance while empowering regional teams to focus on content and marketing execution.

Responsibilities

  • Enforce global digital governance, standards, and design system adoption across all websites
  • Oversee platform structure, including taxonomies, content models, roles and permissions
  • Govern feature rollouts and configuration changes to ensure scalability and compliance
  • Act as the gatekeeper for structural updates (non-content) and ensure alignment with CoE standards
  • Collaborate with regional and business unit stakeholders to drive governance adherence
  • Partner with Operational Excellence teams to enhance processes, tooling and platform efficiency
  • Support quality assurance for design system implementations, platform updates and technical rollouts
  • Monitor and report on website governance metrics, focusing on compliance and performance metrics (Web core vitals)

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven experience with CMS platforms and enterprise-level digital governance
  • Strong knowledge of content modeling, taxonomies and multi-language digital platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to manage web operations at scale without direct content ownership
  • Experience using design systems and UX/UI standards in structured environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills in a matrixed organization
  • Fluent in English (additional languages like Spanish are an advantage)

 

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Fully remote role with occasional (every 6-8 weeks) in-person collaboration sessions
