Job Summary

The HyperCare Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for all inbound customer and prospect inquiries, including web forms, live chat, WhatsApp, and phone. The role is responsible for rapid response, structured qualification, and precise handoff of inbound demand to Sales, Channel Partners, or Service teams. 

This position plays a critical role in ensuring industry leading customer experience while applying a disciplined qualification approach. The specialist ensures that inbound interest is converted into sales‑ready, well documented opportunities, contributing directly to pipeline quality, conversion, and customer satisfaction (NPS). 

 

Responsibilities

  • Act as first responder for all inbound inquiries, ensuring responses within defined SLAs
  • Conduct structured discovery using the BANT qualification model to assess opportunity readiness
  • Capture complete, accurate, and high-quality qualification data in CRM systems
  • Perform follow-up and nurturing activities on inbound leads to drive conversion
  • Assign qualified opportunities and ensure precise handoff with all required documentation
  • Maintain high data quality and monitor lead progression within CRM
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Service, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Identify opportunities to improve inbound processes, workflows, and customer experience

 

Basic Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in the compressor or air treatment industry, sales development, lead management, customer support, or related roles
  • Experience using CRM systems with strong data accuracy and discipline
  • Familiarity with structured qualification methodologies (e.g., BANT)
  • English (C1); Italian C1
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field)

 

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

  • Hybrid working model based in Warsaw
  • Office and remote work flexibility in line with company policy
  • Minimal travel required

Salary Range

5 500 – 9 000 PLN gross
