Job Summary

The Inside Sales Leader is responsible for managing the direct and distribution inside sales team, ensuring they provide seamless support to external sales teams whilst maintaining compliance with all sales processes and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the inside sales team
  • Drive adherence to sales excellence
  • Coordinate regional marketing promotions.
  • Oversee customer database maintenance and manage AR disputes.
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews.
  • Provide comprehensive sales support to Account Managers and customers.
  • Implement procedures for managing IoT leads.
  • Manage NPS and follow up with detractors.
  • Oversee forecasting for sales channels.
  • Ensure smooth internal support for order placement.
  • Analyze machine sales and report to commercial leaders.
  • Ensure sales team training on essential tools.
  • Organise and coordinate sales-related events and training sessions.

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

  • Possibility of occasional travel

 

Key Competencies/Qualifications

  • Fluent English is a must, excellent communication skills
  • Secondary/University education
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales & service environment, or proven customer service is a plus
  • Previous experience with team management is an advantage
