Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Marketing Automation team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operating in large-scale databases, executing logic-based segmentation, and supporting campaign operations in a dynamic, international environment. The role involves creating integrated campaigns using different communication channels, mostly email. You will also learn about email marketing and social media strategies.

This internship is a great starting point for a career in digital marketing.

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, prepare and launch email campaigns
  • Database segmentation
  • Set up webinars and trade shows
  • Conduct and develop reports on campaigns
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to create the structure for automated email and multichannel campaigns
  • Contribute to developing and refining Ingersoll Rand's email marketing strategy by analyzing past and present campaigns to identify areas of improvement

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (speaking, reading and writing) – is a must
  • Work experience in a marketing area
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point
  • Good organizational skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Being a team player
  • Must live in, or be willing to relocate to, Warsaw Poland
  • A valid work permit is required for applicants who are not EU Citizens

 

Optional

  • Experience using marketing automation software (e.g. Eloqua, MailChimp, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Being up to date with current and emerging digital marketing trends
