About Us
Ingersoll Rand is a global provider of mission-critical flow creation and industrial solutions. Within our Engineered-To-Order portfolio, Runtech is a leader in energy-saving vacuum and runnability systems for the pulp & paper industry, and Emco Wheaton Loading Systems is a specialist in loading arms for the oil, gas, and chemical sectors. Together these brands help customers across the EMEIA region operate more efficiently, safely, and sustainably.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist to support the marketing of our Runtech and Emco Wheaton brands within the EMEIA Process Flow Technologies (PFT) Division. Reporting to and working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will help plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, and trade channels – generating quality leads, driving website traffic, and building a consistent brand presence. This is a hands-on support role, ideal for someone early in their career who wants to develop their skills in technical B2B / industrial marketing within a large multinational organisation.
Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Manager in delivering an integrated marketing strategy across both brands, contributing ideas to the planning process.
- Keep brand websites accurate and up to date, applying SEO best practices to product and application content.
- Assist in coordinating the design and production of marketing assets – datasheets, brochures, case studies, video, web banners, and email campaigns.
- Create and schedule social media content (LinkedIn, YouTube) and help track engagement.
- Support the development and maintenance of marketing databases and contact lists for email campaigns and lead nurturing.
- Help coordinate external vendors and agencies under the direction of the Marketing Manager.
- Support the organisation of events and promotional activities, both online and offline – including logistics, collateral, and follow-up.
- Help compile and report on campaign performance (web traffic, engagement, lead activity) to inform future activity.
Basic Qualifications
- A genuine interest in marketing, with a focus on digital channels.
- 0–2 years of marketing experience; internships, placements, and relevant project work count.
- A foundational understanding of, or strong willingness to learn, SEO, SEA, and LinkedIn marketing.
- Proficiency in English is essential; German and/or Finnish would be a significant advantage given the markets these brands serve, and any additional language is a plus.
- Good organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
Hybrid working model based in our Warsaw office. Occasional travel within Europe may be required to support trade shows, events, and team meetings.
Key Competencies
- Strong organisation and prioritisation, with attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication and a collaborative, team-first approach.
- A proactive, curious, and solutions-driven mindset, eager to learn and adapt.
