Position Overview

 

As the Marcom Manager you will be developing and implementing the values selling and  content guidelines including translation and transcreation. You will lead the atomic marketing across the organization and will be in charge for developing social media strategies across all channels, including YouTube. Additionally, you would be looking into how to best leverage synergies as well as provide support across the different types of events including the nurturing to ensure best return on investment, as well as all the different marketing vendors.

 

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, creativity, and excellent communication abilities. You will lead a talented team of 8 employees, with global responsibilities that span all business units. Your leadership and strategic vision will be instrumental in driving our marketing efforts to new heights and ensuring our brand’s success worldwide.

 

Primary Responsibilities:
 

  • Develop and Implement Content Guidelines: Establish and maintain comprehensive content guidelines to ensure our value selling messaging is consistent and impactful across all platforms.
  • Innovate Social Media Strategies: Craft and execute cutting-edge social media strategies across all channels, including YouTube, to elevate our brand presence and engagement, including APAC regional social media channels
  • Lead the Atomic Marketing Implementation across organization: Spearhead the adoption of atomic marketing strategies to enhance our marketing precision and efficiency.
  • Oversee Translation and Transcreation: Manage the translation and transcreation processes to ensure our content resonates with diverse global audiences and drives SEO traffic
  • Content Planning: Use the insights from keyword research to work with Business units to  plan content that addresses the needs and interests of the target audience outlining topics that align with high-value keywords.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and analyze the performance of content using SEO and analytics tools
  • Event Optimization: Propose global strategy for event optimization through event playbook roll out to increase return on investment across all offline and online event.

Vendor Coordination: Managing relationships with external marketing vendors and ensuring alignment with the overall strategy.

  • Strategy Development: Creating and implementing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring a team of marketing and communication professionals.
