Position Overview

 

As Marketing Automation Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing automated marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive sales. This role involves creating and managing workflows, lead scoring, and nurturing campaigns to optimize the customer journey. The manager will analyze campaign performance, leveraging data to refine strategies and improve ROI. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms is essential, along with strong collaboration skills to work effectively with sales and other marketing teams. The ideal candidate will blend creativity with analytical thinking to deliver impactful marketing solutions and will manage a team of 3 marketing automation specialists.

 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Developing and Implementing Strategies: design automated marketing campaigns, focusing on email marketing, SMS, social media and WhatsApp, lead nurturing, and customer retention strategies.
  • Creating and Managing Workflows: setting up automated workflows that trigger actions based on user behavior, such as welcome sequences or cart abandonment follow-ups. CRM offline triggers workflows as well as IoT triggers to follow up on customer behavior across customer journey such as Instal base service and quotation follow up.
  • Lead Scoring and Nurturing: assess and prioritize leads based on their engagement and readiness to purchase, ensuring that the sales team focuses on the most promising prospects.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns, using data to optimize future marketing efforts and improve ROI.
  • Managing Marketing Automation Platforms: Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Oracle Eloqua is essential, as product owner of the Eloqua platform.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: work closely with Marketing automation and Business units to ensure alignment with broader business objectives and strategies.
  • Project management experience. incl. establishing and maintaining processes in Lean or Agile methodology
  • Leadership skills: excellent interpersonal, communication and people management skills

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, strategies, and results to stakeholders at all levels.
