Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Project Specialist to help us design and deliver advanced customer-journey and automation projects across multiple brands and markets.

Reporting directly to the Customer Journey & Marketing Automation Strategist, you will support the development and implementation of strategic marketing automation concepts and translate them into scalable, technology-enabled programs that improve personalization, automation efficiency, and campaign performance. You will be working within an international team, you will shape how our company uses marketing automation and AI to engage customers more intelligently.

This role is ideal for a mid-level professional with hands-on experience in Eloqua or a similar marketing-automation platform who enjoys combining critical thinking, project management, and creativity to transform ideas into practical, repeatable solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and lead automation initiatives that enhance customer journeys and campaign effectiveness, such as:
    • Dynamic and personalized content programs
    • Lead-scoring and lifecycle automation frameworks
    • Preference-center and data-capture improvements
    • AI-driven initiatives (predictive engagement, automated segmentation, content optimization)
    • Process automation (standardized email components, automated campaign creation flows)
    • Reporting and performance-measurement improvements
    • Exploration and enablement of new engagement channels
  • Translate marketing needs into clear functional requirements and collaborate with technical teams to assess feasibility and execution.
  • Apply project management principles to plan, prioritize, and track multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Coordinate timelines, testing, and documentation to ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and at quality standards.
  • Use critical thinking to evaluate business challenges, identify root causes, and design data-driven solutions.
  • Analyze automation performance and recommend improvements based on data and best practices.
  • Support internal teams and business stakeholders with training, documentation and adoption of new tools or features.
  • Stay current with marketing-automation trends, AI applications and data-privacy standards to continuously bring innovation into our programs.

 

Qualifications

 

Required

  • 3+  years of experience in marketing automation, CRM or customer-journey management.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua, Marketo or HubSpot
  • Proven ability to translate business objectives into structured automation logic and workflows.
  • Solid understanding of customer-data management, segmentation and personalization concepts.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects or complex initiatives from concept to completion.
  • Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication in English (spoken and written).
  • Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional, international environments.

 

Preferred

  • Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools.
  • Awareness of AI/ML applications in marketing (predictive models, generative content, intelligent routing).
  • Basic understanding of integration concepts (APIs, data flows) and automation platforms such as Power Automate or Zapier.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
