Marketing Communications Coordinator

At Ingersoll Rand, we build a dedicated team of star individuals who function with an "all hands on deck" attitude, supported by the resources and stability of a global business. We're looking for an experienced Marketing Communications Coordinator with strong project management and writing skills to join our team and help us tell our B2B story.

 

Location: Warsaw, Poland

What you'll do:

  • You'll create clear and concise copy material for diverse B2B marketing channels, including email campaigns, newsletters, web pages, brochures, and more. You'll also collaborate with external agencies and third parties around the world to develop engaging visual content like graphics and videos.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand our product portfolio and translate complex information into easy-to-understand content.
  • Partner with product marketing, engineering, and sales teams to gather information, conduct interviews, and develop effective B2B content marketing strategies.
  • Thrive in a dynamic and international environment, able to meet tight deadlines and contribute to a results-oriented team culture.
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage various content marketing projects, ensuring they stay on track and meet their objectives within budget and timeframe.

 

Who you are:

  • A professional who can lead and coordinate content marketing projects.
  • A skilled writer with experience in creating polished, technical, and academic content.
  • Have SEO knowledge, and know how to apply it to your content
  • An effective communicator with strong written and verbal English (C1/C2) language skills. Fluent in additional languages is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Powerpoint, for creating structured documents.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage projects effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and international environment.
  • Eager to learn and excited to strategize with colleagues about promoting new products.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in a B2B marketing communications role, with experience in project management preferred.
  • Experience using graphic design tools like Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
  • Live in Warsaw, Poland, or are willing to relocate.
  • Hold a valid work permit and the right to live and work in Poland.
