Position Summary: Responsible for day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth office operations from the facility, EHS, IT, accounting and admin stand point. Independent decisions and organizational skills needed on daily basis.  

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Being the support for our teams and managers 
  • Managing day-to-day accounting operations across multiple cost centers (POs, Invoice management, tracking, etc.) 
  • Supporting management in month/quarter close (preparing/obtaining reports, review open PO’s, accruals, etc.) 
  • close cooperation with local IT  
  • solving technical problems on site 
  • communication with landlord, administration of facility management 
  • Managing and communicating with suppliers,  
  • partnering with HR on onboarding process of new colleagues 
  • support with the changes in office layout and supporting the changing needs of individual teams 
  • Meeting/event organization  
  • managing admin budget 
  • other tasks as assigned or required

 

Our Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working in a similar role 
  • Strong communication skills, fluent written & spoken English required, ability to work in a global environment 
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills 
  • Proven proficiency in accounting  
  • Experienced in use of Excel, Word, Powerpoint 
  • Ability to prioritize and problem solve 
  • Able to efficiently manage stakeholders with competing priorities   
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus 
  • Knowledge of Sharepoint is a plus.
