Job Summary
As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing SEO strategies for several websites of the company across the globe. You will be required to quickly understand and support initiatives contributing to our success. Working with our web development team, you will be responsible for optimizing the technical performance of our websites and guide web owners to generate qualified traffic.
We have a dedicated team of star individuals who function with the agility and “all hands-on deck” attitude of a start-up, backed up by the resources and stability of a global business. For our international team we’re looking for someone excited to pitch in on diverse projects and drive a fast-paced, results-oriented team culture.
Responsibilities

Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities

Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages

Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific

Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with business goals

Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search engines

Ensure the company’s multiple websites, brands and regions are represented with a single cohesive voice

Optimize website structure, including URL, internal linking, and sitemaps, to enhance crawlability and indexability and provide recommendations about structured data

Implement link-building campaigns in coordination with brand SEO goals

Communicate with the team and with upper management on project development, timelines, and results

Provide training and support to marketing managers on SEO fundamentals and advanced techniques.

Keep pace with SEO and internet marketing industry trends and developments

You will be required to work effectively within a team, working to tight deadlines and being accountable for your piece in all projects. Our projects will require multilingual, multiregional and multi persona solution – we are looking for a great communicator comfortable working with a global team
Basic Qualifications

Strong communication skills, fluent written & spoken English required, ability to work in a global environment.

Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

Able to efficiently manage stakeholders with competing priorities

Up to date with current and emerging digital marketing trends

Analytical Skills

A valid work permit is required for applicants who are not EU Citizens
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
Remote-based, might require travel to meet team in Poland a few times a year.

At least 2-3 years’ experience in Search Engine Optimization

Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics and Search Consoles

Experience working with popular SEO tools (e.g. Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs)

Experience working with CMS Contentstack is a plus
