About Us

Ingersoll Rand is a global industrial technology leader, delivering mission-critical products, services and digital experiences for customers across Europe and the wider EMEIA region. Within ITS CSS EMEIA, our Demand Generation & Digital Experience team drives how our brands are discovered, understood and chosen online — combining strong content, modern web technology and data-driven marketing to fuel commercial growth.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Content and SEO Specialist to lead and strengthen our digital presence across the ITS CSS EMEIA brand portfolio. In this senior role you will own the SEO and website strategy across multiple brands, set the standard for website content quality in Contentstack, and shape how our digital assets are prepared for the next generation of search — including AI-driven discovery and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). Acting as the regional subject-matter expert, you will translate business priorities into measurable improvements in visibility, engagement and lead quality, and guide more junior team members and cross-functional partners across EMEIA markets. Support on eCommerce roll out in the EMEIA region.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the SEO, website content and GEO strategy and roadmap across European / EMEIA brand websites, aligned with commercial and demand generation priorities.
  • Lead day-to-day website content governance, page creation and publishing quality in Contentstack, setting standards and best practices for the wider team.
  • Drive on-page and technical SEO improvements including metadata, headings, internal linking, structured data and keyword targeting at scale.
  • Use Semrush to identify keyword opportunities, monitor visibility, benchmark competitors and prioritize content and optimization work across brands and markets.
  • Champion AI SEO / Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) principles, ensuring content is structured, authoritative and easily used by AI-driven search experiences.
  • Monitor performance with Semrush, Google Analytics (and nice to have Google Search Console), translating data into clear recommendations and executive-ready insights for marketing stakeholders.
  • Lead website migration, localization, content clean-up and multilingual quality initiatives across EMEIA markets.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert to marketing managers, product, content and web development teams, ensuring a consistent, on-brand and conversion-focused digital experience.
  • Mentor and coach junior specialists and agency partners, sharing SEO, GEO and CMS best practices to raise overall team capability.
  • Maintain publishing standards, content governance, taxonomy, redirects and link quality across all owned properties.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in SEO, website content management, digital marketing or web optimization roles, including experience leading initiatives across multiple markets or brands.
  • Proven track record of defining SEO strategy and delivering measurable business impact in a B2B or enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on experience with an enterprise CMS (Contentstack strongly preferred).
  • Advanced working knowledge of Semrush or a comparable SEO platform.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics (and nice to have Google Search Console).
  • Experience in SEO & content strategy within e-commerce platforms
  • Experience mentoring or guiding more junior team members and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong written and spoken English; additional European language is an advantage.

Travel & Work Arrangements / Requirements

Hybrid working model based in Warsaw, Poland or Europe. Occasional business travel within Europe / EMEIA may be required for team meetings, workshops or brand initiatives (typically less than 10%).

Key Competencies

  • SEO leadership — advanced on-page, technical and content optimization aligned with modern search and AI-driven discovery.
  • Strategic thinking — able to set direction, prioritize and translate business goals into a clear SEO and web roadmap.
  • CMS ownership — confident, structured and quality-first publishing in Contentstack or equivalent enterprise CMS, setting standards for others.
  • Analytical depth — ability to interpret Semrush, GA and Search Console data and turn it into actionable, executive-ready recommendations.
  • AI SEO / GEO expertise — strong understanding of how structured, authoritative content performs in AI search experiences.
  • Senior stakeholder collaboration — clear communication and influence with marketing, product, content and web development leaders across markets.
