Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Warsaw, Poland 

 

Job Summary:

The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for ensuring strategic alignment between business goals and the development of demand generation initiatives to meet those objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing and the key performance indicators used to track specific channels including web, social, paid search, SEO, email, chatbot, etc. Working with multiple internal stakeholders, the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate with external agencies and our internal resources to ensure the delivery of compelling marketing assets that are implemented to meet strategic priorities and tactical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work effectively with the Marketing Manager to ensure a comprehensive and integrated marketing strategy is implemented. This role covers multiple brands within the Ingersoll Rand portfolio.
  • Project Management - Work closely with a variety of internal functional teams to successfully execute various types of marketing projects.
  • Coordinate the design and production of high-value marketing assets such as digital sales brochures, white papers, advertisements, web banners, videos, etc. in collaboration with external vendors.
  • Prepare and execute end-to-end, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Manage communications and report on the results of your activities to the Marketing Manager and sales teams.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Qlik, Eloqua (marketing automation) and Salesforce to monitor and analyse campaign results and make data-driven decisions. (Training on these tools will be provided).
  • Manage our social media presence, with a particular focus on LinkedIn, creating engaging posts. Familiarity with basic design principles and the use of tools such as Canva, Photoshop, InDesign is a plus.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • At least 3-5 years of digital marketing experience in a marketing agency, media house or digital marketing department, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing tactics and channels. 
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A willingness to learn, a competitive spirit and a consumer-focused mindset.
  • Creative, engaging, proactive personality with a team player attitude.
  • Additional qualifications considered as +: previous experience with Oracle Content Management, lead management tools (Salesforce), Google Suite tools; previous experience in industrial equipment manufacturing environment.
