Job Summary

The Ingersoll Rand Life Science Technologies business is seeking a Senior Global Marketing Specialist to execute critical growth capabilities within the global demand generation team. This position will report directly to the Demand Generation Director for Life Science Technologies while working closely with all the different regions, commercial, and operational teams to drive effective demand generation campaigns. This position offers the opportunity for cross-business unit and global collaboration.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of B2B marketing in the Pharmaceuticals, or Medical Devices industry and will assist in driving lead generation for the Life Science brands as well as providing support for global marketing initiatives. The role will be responsible for aiding and planning a wide variety of digital marketing activities and will involve cooperation with global contacts. This will include multi-channel marketing campaigns, product launches, on/offline events and digital channels including websites and social media.

 

Responsibilities

Responsibility for SEO, website content and enhancement support of a Life Science brand, including:

  • Completing website technical audits and providing content creation strategies to help improve organic performance.
  • Defining critical keywords for each brand and optimizing all product website pages accordingly.
  • Tracking, reporting, and analysing website analytics initiatives and campaigns.

 

Responsibility for multichannel content creation:

  • Creating and managing global & regional marketing strategies.
  • Establishing effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing and developing the strategy for online marketing automation nurturing campaigns, including roadmap creation and reporting.
  • Supporting value-selling content creation, new product launches, and brand strategy in different formats across the brands.
  • Developing video strategy and running photo/video shooting activities to support the multiformat approach.
  • Operating different business analytics systems to create reports regularly, ensuring organization and consistency.

 

Basic Qualifications 

  • 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing - preferably in a medical devices, lab, pharmaceuticals and/or life science in a B2B environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field with experience in web or digital marketing or related web development. A technical background (engineer, chemist, etc.) is an asset.
  • Experience with SEO and multi-channel content creation.
  • Experience in Salesforce or similar CRM system is a plus.
  • PC proficient, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge and experience of B2B Demand Generation.

 

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Occasional travel across Europe will be required for events and team meetings.
