Account Manager Poland – Power Tools Division

 

Location

Position is based in Poland, covering Poland and Baltic States’ market.

Job Summary

This roles identifies, researches and contracts prospective customers who may be of strategic importance to the organization. Account Manager is also respond to more complex customer enquiries by organizing visits to current and prospective customer sites, introducing products in order to expand sales.

Furthermore, Account Manager takes care of delivering high quality customer service by applying detailed product knowledge, which allows for further negotiations of prices and delivery times within established limits of authority in order to close the sales process. In addition to the tasks mentioned, developing long-term sales plans for key customers and monitoring or adapting sales activities to meet objectives are crucial skills for this role.

 

Responsibilities

  • Actively managing existing portfolio of distributors in area.
  • Looking for new distributors in Poland and Baltic States.
  • Supporting end users of our products and solutions on a daily basis.
  • Negotiating prices and delivery times with customers.
  • Coaching and supporting other Account Managers to help them closing complex projects.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently. We are looking for someone who is self-managed, success-motivated, and enthusiastic.
  • Proactivity, ability to plan and prioritize work efficiently.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Being a team-player.

 

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Remote work and travelling within the assigned area.

 

Key Competencies 

  • Minimal secondary school from with technical/engineering focus. Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related Technical subject preferred.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience (active sales in field, focus on technical or industrial products preferred).
  • Proficiency in Polish and English (B2) for daily business communication. Other language would come as an advantage, especially Russian.
  • Basic PC skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
