Job Summary

The Compression Systems and Services EMEIA Business is hiring a Distribution Process Specialist to join the Commercial Excellence and Distribution Development EMEIA team. The role will be responsible of running distribution-related processes to ensure channel partners are set up correctly and have access to systems.

 

Responsibilities

  • Distribution Database: maintain an accurate database of distributors including contacts information, contracts, system access, and vetting status, etc.
  • Agreement: manage agreement ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • System Access: manage system access in line with company procedure.
  • Growth Programs Claims: manage claims as part of distribution growth programs ensuring compliance with process and timely payment.
  • Distribution Appointment and Termination: manage appointment and termination of distributors, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • DRB Meetings: run distributor review board meetings to ensure alignment with key stakeholders and manage distribution segmentation.
  • Distribution Figures: monitor distribution performance and share key data with stakeholders.
  • DMP: monitor distributor manager adherence to standard work – DMP.
  • Competency Development: keep the training calendar up to date ensuring alignment with trainers and communicate effectively with internal and external training participants.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Well organized, structured and able to work well in team.
  • Ablity to work and proficiently communicate in English. Additional languages - German, French, Italian or Spanish - are a plus.

 

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Flexible, hybrid working model. Travel across Europe may be required (maximum 10%).

 

Key Competencies

  • Computer skills: computer literate with good knowledge of office package especially excel able to write formal communications to channel partners.
  • Experience in managing databases required.
