Job Summary

Due to continued growth and expansion, we are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Manager, Europe & Central Asia, to accelerate business growth across a diverse international region.

This strategic role combines business development, channel management, OEM engagement, and B2B industrial sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence beyond traditional sectors, developing new sales channels, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening relationships with channel partners and key-customers across Europe, Central Asia, CIS, Turkey, and Israel.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing regional sales strategies to achieve sustainable growth and market share expansion.
  • Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and delivering agreed business objectives.
  • Identifying, appointing, and managing distributors, channel partners, and key customers across the region.
  • Expanding relationships with OEMs, particularly crane manufacturers and industrial equipment builders.
  • Developing strategic partnerships with EPC contractors and major industrial market players.
  • Growing the aftermarket business, including spare parts, service, inspections, and modernization opportunities.
  • Monitoring market trends, customer requirements, and competitive activity to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborating closely with other teams across business divisions.
  • Maintaining accurate sales forecasting and CRM management.
  • Representing the company at trade shows, customer events, and industry conferences.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B industrial sales.
  • Strong background in direct sales and channel/distribution sales management.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and market expansion.
  • Experience in working with international customers and partners across multiple countries.
  • Background in heavy industry, industrial equipment, material handling, or related markets. It is an extra plus if you have knowledge of winches, hoists, cranes, material handling equipment or industrial lifting solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Fluency in at least one additional European language is highly preferred.

Salary Range (Poland)

8 300 – 13 600 PLN gross monthly
