Job Purpose

The HR Assistant Apprentice is responsible for supporting the administrative and operational management of Human Resources activities for the Ingersoll Rand Air Solution Hibon entity in Wasquehal. He/She supports the HR Manager in carrying out a wide range of HR-related tasks, including personnel administration, recruitment, training, career management and employee relations.

As part of the France HR organization, he/she also contributes to the deployment and implementation of the HR policy and strategy and participates in internal and statutory HR projects.

 

Job Description

As part of their training program, the apprentice supports the HR Manager in the following activities:

  • Personnel administration: maintenance and updating of employee records, support for day-to-day HR administrative tasks
  • Temporary employees and interns: administrative follow-up and support of employee pathways
  • Training: contribution to the monitoring of the skills development plan and organization of training actions
  • Communication: support in disseminating HR information to employees
  • Payroll and time management: collection and transmission of payroll variables, monitoring working time, participation in payroll checks
  • Employee relations: participation in the preparation of documents for the Works Council (CSE) and follow-up of social documentation
  • Continuous improvement: contribution to the optimization of HR tools, procedures and practices

 

The scope of responsibilities will gradually evolve depending on the apprentice’s level of autonomy and progress in the training program.

 

Specific Professional Knowledge

 

Required qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Human Resources (in progress)
