Job description

Reporting to the commercial director, you manage projects and contracts with high value and bring your experience in large-scale international projects to the project teams.

You follow and manage these projects from receipt of the order to delivery.

As a project manager, your knowledge will allow you to carry out your main missions which ill be to :

  • Initialize the review of order contracts with the project team
  • Manage customer/Hibon/customer and customer/ Hibon/supplier exchanges
  • Federate and monitor internal actors and services to ensure the smooth running of the project
  • Follow the changes required by the client, analyze them and pass on the impacts internally and/or to the client
  • Establish and keep the project schedule up to date
  • Actively participate in the compliance and quality of the deliverables expected by the client
  • Escalate risks and opportunities by anticipation
  • Prepare and present monthly reports to the client and internally

 

Required profile

You are a person who knows how to argue and convince with an important ability to lead people

You have a strong experience in contractual, technical and financial management

You have a sense of priorities and are you organized

You communicate easily both orally and in writing English and French

You have a minimum of 5 years experience in this type of position.

You hold an engineering degree or have graduated from a business school

Your English is operational (level C1)
