Position Summary

The Plastic Fabricator plays a key role within the fabrication team. This position is responsible for performing fabrication tasks and with plastic materials and components. The role involves hands-on work such as routing, deburring, cutting work within a manufacturing and fabrication environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Fabricate, assemble, and finish plastic components according to technical drawings and specifications

· Operate hand tools, routers, and workshop machinery with accuracy and safety

· Measure, cut, bend, and shape plastic materials to required standards

· Assist with the production of bespoke and repeat-order items

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment

· Work collaboratively with the production team to meet quality and project deadlines

· Troubleshoot fabrication issues and ensure all work meets company quality standards

Required Skills & Experience

· Strong practical knowledge in the use of hand tools and routers (essential)

· Previous experience in plastic fabrication, joinery, or cabinet making is a strong advantage

· Ability to interpret technical drawings and work with precision

· Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

· Strong commitment to safety and quality standards

· Ability to work effectively as part of a team
