Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our warehouse operations and inventory management processes. This role is critical in ensuring accurate stock control, efficient goods receipt and dispatch, strong collaboration with Purchasing and Quality teams, and the ongoing optimisation of warehouse performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in reducing waste, improving inventory accuracy, and supporting the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage all warehouse activities, including receiving, inspecting, storing, tracking, and dispatching materials and products.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee cycle counts, stock takes, and stock reconciliations.
  • Develop and manage warehouse layout, stock locations, and labelling systems to maximise efficiency and traceability.
  • Work closely with Purchasing to monitor stock levels, support forecasting, and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
  • Operate forklift equipment safely and ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements.
  •  Coordinate packaging and dispatch activities to ensure accurate and on-time customer deliveries.
  • Collaborate with Quality to manage incoming inspections, non-conforming materials, quarantined stock, and outgoing goods checks.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce material waste, improve stock utilisation, and increase operational efficiency.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, Stores Manager, or similar inventory management role.
  • Valid forklift licence/certification or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills with experience analysing inventory data and producing reports.
  • Experience using inventory management, ERP, or warehouse management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across Operations, Purchasing, Quality, and Production teams.

Salary Range

€29,432 to €52,000
