- Job Description
Gardner Denver in Woerden (part of the Ingersoll Rand group) is looking for a new colleague for the role of HR Generalist. In this new position, you will support our HR Manager. The HR department is responsible for all of the Netherlands (5 locations) with approximately 190 employees. This role supports all HR administration, onboarding, and offboarding activities in the Netherlands.
- Responsibilities
Personnel Administration
- Maintain and update employee records
- Register sick leave and recovery notifications
- Process employee entries and exits in various systems
Payroll Administration
- Prepare and verify salary changes
- Collaborate with the payroll administrator for monthly payroll processing
Document Management
- Draft and improve letters and contracts
- Manage contractual changes and terminations
Project Support
- Prepare for (international) HR projects
- Create reports
- Gather relevant information
Basic Requirements
- MBO+ level of education or higher, preferably in HR or a related field
- This role requires strong communication abilities and full professional fluency in Dutch, both verbal and written.
Travel & Work Arrangement
- Primary location: Woerden
- Occasional travel to other sites in the Netherlands
- Partial hybrid work possible
