Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd level on-site and remote IT support
- Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user computer hardware and software issues
- Provide hands-on local support for global SME infrastructure teams
- Manage local end-user assets and refresh processes
- Participate in local, regional, and global IT projects and initiatives
- Identify and highlight continuous improvement actions
- Log and manage work via the Ingersoll Rand ServiceNow ticketing system
- Maintain global IT standards and processes
- Provide out-of-hours emergency support, remote and on-site, when required
Requirements:
- 3-6 Years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- High level of customer focus
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Desktop hardware and software technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Preferences:
- Experience with supporting the following operating systems: Windows 11, MacOS, iOS, iPadOS, and Android
- Experience with supporting IT at office, distribution, and manufacturing locations
- Experience working in a global IT organization
