Product Engineer

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

1. Product structure design and drawing.
2. Lead Design changed related project.
3. To Responsible for product productivity.
4. Lead product & Components localizations.
5. Technical support to ETO engineering team, plant engineering and service team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Take lead projects on engineering side.   
2. Design, simulate and test product, major subsystems and components on dessicant dryer or refrigerant dryer
3. Looking for design change opportunity to improve product performance, reliability, and cost structure.
4. Lead technical analysis for critical engineering design.   
5. Tracking advanced technology and utilize it in dessicant dryer desig or refrigerant system.   

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. At least 2 years working experience or above in mechanical or system design work on equipment or mini system product.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in refrigerant engineering, mechanical engineering or process equipment and control engineering.
3. Skillful for new product development process.
4. Good reading/write skill in English.
5. Prefer to have design experience on refrigerant desiccant dryer or systems.
6. Prefer to have capability on tools like AutoCAD and Pro-e etc.

1. In Leadership Competency:  need higher in “innovations”
2. In Functional Competency:  need higher in “design and development” and “engineering analysis”
