Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing:
- Accurately process customer orders and verify product specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely fulfillment and resolve bottlenecks in the process.
- Shipment Coordination:
- Address shipment delays and proactively update customers on delivery statuses.
- Schedule shipments and track delivery progress while ensuring proper documentation for domestic orders.
- Payment Tracking:
- Monitor payment statuses, follow up on outstanding balances, and resolve payment discrepancies in collaboration with the finance team.
- Production Planning:
- Develop and maintain production schedules that align with customer demands and inventory levels.
- Monitor production progress, prioritize tasks, and optimize resource allocation to meet deadlines.
- Customer Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sales & customer inquiries related to orders, shipments, and payments.
- Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and provide regular updates on order status.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of orders, shipments, and payments while preparing regular reports on operational performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service, logistics, or production planning.
- Proven experience in order processing, shipment coordination, payment tracking, and production planning.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
