Production Planner/CX

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Order Processing:
    • Accurately process customer orders and verify product specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
    • Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely fulfillment and resolve bottlenecks in the process.
  2. Shipment Coordination:
    • Address shipment delays and proactively update customers on delivery statuses.
    • Schedule shipments and track delivery progress while ensuring proper documentation for domestic orders.
  3. Payment Tracking:
    • Monitor payment statuses, follow up on outstanding balances, and resolve payment discrepancies in collaboration with the finance team.
  4. Production Planning:
    • Develop and maintain production schedules that align with customer demands and inventory levels.
    • Monitor production progress, prioritize tasks, and optimize resource allocation to meet deadlines.
  5. Customer Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for sales & customer inquiries related to orders, shipments, and payments.
    • Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and provide regular updates on order status.
  6. Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed records of orders, shipments, and payments while preparing regular reports on operational performance.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service, logistics, or production planning.
  • Proven experience in order processing, shipment coordination, payment tracking, and production planning.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
