RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals. Determining supplier channels, identifying reliable suppliers, building YOY long term cost reduction pipeline through strategic supplier management. 
•    Identify, evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price and other criteria. Negotiate contracts, terms and conditions with suppliers, and maintain working relationships to ensure steady supply of parts. 
•    Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess their needs, provide procurement guidance, and resolve any issues.
•    Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions in the supply chain. Stay updated on market dynamics, regulatory changes, and geopolitical factors that may impact procurement.
•    Work closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, product management, finance, operation material and quality team to align procurement activities with overall business objectives. And execute procurement related projects. 
•    Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities. Analyze pricing trends, negotiate favorable terms, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality. Conduct regular cost and supplier performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
•    Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and streamlining of procurement activities. 
•    Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and certifications in the mechanical industry. Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and documentation to support audits and provide transparency.
•    Demonstrate high personal integrity in conducting business with external/internal parties.   Ensure compliance to the laws, business guidelines and code of conduct, company ethical standards. 

QUALIFICATIONS

•    Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain or business. 
•    Familiar with supplier development process, and project management process. 
•    3+ years of proven working experience as Procurement Manager, any bidding event experiences will be a plus.
•    5+ years of working experience in mechanical/Machinery industry, familiar with sheet metal, casting, motor, heat exchanger, valve etc.
•    Good analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to introduce win-win solutions
•    Effective leadership, teamwork, communications and influencing skills.
•    Good written, oral communication skills in English
•    Able to work under pressure and on multiple tasks at the same time with good time management skills.
