Responsibilities

  • 负责所在区域的空压机空气后处理设备的销售工作及市场推广，完成年度销售指标，有效执行部门的销售计划和战略
  • 协同公司生产运营团队和产品管理团队，完成销售订单的追踪和执行，及新产品的开发测试工作
  • 寻找潜在客户，开发并管理经销商，提供必要的销售支持和技术支持
  • 定期拜访现有客户，维护并建立长期的合作关系，及时提供必要的售后支持
  • 积极参加各类市场活动，分析和提供及时有效的市场信息，包括产品价格，竞争对手市场活动和新产品等
  • 完成部门经理安排的其他工作事项

 

 

Key Competencies

  • 8年以上工业品销售经验，熟悉空压机及空气后处理设备，或拥有相关销售经验者优先
  • 本科及以上学历，机械工程、机械设计或机电一体化等相关专业优先
  • 拥有良好的沟通能力，市场意识和团队合作精神
  • 拥有高度的责任心、主人翁精神、结果导向和合规意识

 

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

能适应每月1-2周的频繁出差
