-该岗位需要根据机组订单的bom/图纸和规范要求，制定机组的制造工艺，保证满足订单相关要求

2. 这个岗位主要职责？

-独立完成非标机组制造工艺的制定及SOP的编制，并指导员工实施；

-通过标准化和精益理念，主导优化机组工艺，完成降本目标；

-主导优化车间布局、工艺流程及新项目的引入和带头实施；

-协助处理客户的投诉或改进建议，持续改进；

-焊接工艺准确率&及时率 -喷漆工艺准确率&及时率

-包装工艺准确率&及时率

-工艺流程改进

4. 我们对该岗位人员的期望

-教育经历：本科以上学历，焊接、机械、轮机工程等相关专业，较强的识图能力

-工作经验：至少5年以上大型机组成撬工艺经验

-证书类：焊接、喷漆、检验等证书

-知识储备：熟悉焊接标准、喷漆、包装、检验（PT,RT,UT等），了解电气

-熟悉项目管理流程，强流程管理、质量和成本意识 -较强抗压能力，沟通协调能力

5. 工作地点：山东淄博市博山区
