岗位职责:

1.组织制定采购管理制度及工作流程,带领团队完成采购工作,实现采购目标;

2.通过内外部协调沟通,实现采购制度流程的优化,提高采购工作效率;

3.通过对供应商数据库、价格数据库、合同和各类工作模板等的完善优化,提升采购能力和工作效率;

4.负责采购项目支持和协调工作;

5.根据年度采购预算和降价要求,编制采购降价计划并实施;

6.跟踪管理采购员工作进度和采购项目进度,协调处理采购规程中的问题;

7.负责供应商管理,认真做好价格谈判、采购环境、产品数据库的调查和管理工作;

8.有效利用各种资源,及时掌握市场讯息,积极开发优质供应商,合理配置,不定期优化筛选供应商;

职位要求:

1.本科及以上学历,5年以上相关工作经验;

2.具有物流、运营等采购实务经验者优先考虑;

3.熟悉采购流程,良好的专业知识和谈判能力;

4.具备商务、贸易等方面的知识;

5.熟练使用WORD、EXCEL、PPT等办公软件

6.具有较强的学习和逻辑分析能力、计划与执行能力、谈判沟通协调能力、能承受工作压力、能主动的及时完成工作
