Job Summary

The Area Sales Manager OEM chiller will be responsible for maximising the acquisition of new customers and orders in the assigned territory (EMEIA) and with OEM sales responsibilities in the refrigeration business, providing added value to the customers through technical, commercial and partnership skills.The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing Sales Representatives and will report directly to the Sales Manager OEM Chiller.

 Responsibilities       

  • Direct the sales force to achieve sales and profit goals through market penetration.       
  • Analyzes market potential for new products and applications.        
  • Identifying potential opportunities with existing customers and the acquisition of new customers to meet strategic business objectives.        
  • Manages multiple areas and adjusts sales goals and procedures for each Area.        
  • Prepare and review contract terms and conditions using standard Ingersoll Rand contract templates when applicable.        
  • Draft technical offers.        
  • Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase the sales volume.       
  • Develops and maintains a competent workforce through training, coaching, and establishing goals and objectives. 

Basic Qualifications

  • Business English knowledge.

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

  • Flexible working, travel in the assigned Territory.

Key Competencies

  • Solid knowledge of process cooling management with ability to support and train OEMs in the field.
  • A third language Knowledge (Spanish or German) will be considered as a plus, but not essential.
