Responsabilidades

  • Responsable de la venta por medio de canales de distribución de equipos completos y post venta (repuestos, servicios, accesorios, etc.)
  • Ser el principal punto de contacto entre los distribuidores y la compañía.
  • Velar y garantizar por el cumplimiento de las metas de venta y facturación establecidos para cada distribuidor.
  • Monitorear y garantizar el cumplimiento adecuado de los procesos administrativos, comerciales, de comunicación, logísticos, etc., entre los distribuidores asignados y la organización.
  • Acompañar a los distribuidores en actividades comerciales y de venta con clientes finales: entrenamientos a clientes, presentaciones comerciales, cierres de negociación, etc.
  •  Monitorear permanentemente el mercado asignado y sus comportamientos para la toma de decisiones de negocio.
  • Crear, mantener y dar seguimiento a pipeline de oportunidades en Salesforce para visibilidad de la compañía.
  •  Actuar como soporte de enlace entre los distribuidores y las diferentes áreas de la organización requeridas para la correcta operación: marketing, área técnica, área de soporte de ventas, logística, etc.
  • Utilizar Sales Force como herramienta diaria de gestión, estrategia comercial y desarrollo de negocio.
  • Cumplimiento de las metas de venta y facturación. 

Requisitos

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería o carreras afines (Deseable)
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en el sector industrial en equipos, post venta y servicios de maquinaria.
  • Experiencia en prospección de nuevos clientes.
  • Experiencia en el desarrollo del alcance del servicio en el campo.
  • Manejo software CRM (deseable)
  • Manejo intermedio de inglés
