We are looking for a talented Office Manager to join our dynamic team at Ecoplant.

Responsibilities 

Office Operations - Ensure the office is well stocked with supplies, shopping for office and other necessities, IT & Equipment Procurement, oversee office daily maintenance. 

Vendor Management – Manage procurement including locating suppliers, comparing quotations, and daily interactions with vendors. 

Finance Support – Process and track vendors invoices, credit card transactions, employees expense reports, ensuring timely payment and provide supporting documents to finance department. 

Oversee employee time tracking, and social benefits reports. 

Executive Support – Help leadership with daily administrative tasks. 

Employee Support & Onboarding – Assist with onboarding new employees, including office setup, documentation and welcome packages. 

Welfare - Assist in organizing company team events, internal gatherings, birthday and holiday gifts. 

Travel Arrangements – Assist executives and employees with booking flights, accommodations, and managing travel logistics. 

 

Qualifications & Skills 

5+ years of experience in office management, administration, or a related role. 

Strong communication skills. 

Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with financial and operational processes. 

Highly organized, problem-solving personality, and a proactive approach. 

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools. 

Experience working with global systems (e.g. SAP concur, Meckano, Monday)- advantage 

Fluent in English and Hebrew.
