Job & Division Summary: 

This role supports the Tax Head by managing end‑to‑end tax compliances, including return filing, audits, transfer pricing, and departmental submissions. It involves maintaining tax documentation, preparing schedules and data for statutory filings, ensuring accurate TDS compliance, and coordinating with auditors, consultants, and internal teams to facilitate timely and accurate tax reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Tax Head in matters of Tax compliances i.e. tax return filing, tax audit, transfer pricing, response to tax department
• Maintenance of tax related documentation
• Preparation of Schedules & collation of data for filing with tax authorities
• Verification and filing of quarterly TDS returns and issuance of TDS Certificates at frequent intervals
• Compilation of data for tax audits/ assessments and TP compliance
• Assist AP team in TDS related compliances and forex payment related compliances (issue of Form 15CA/CB)
• Liaison with tax consultants/auditors
1. Provide data for completion of tax audit
2. Provide details of intercompany transactions for transfer pricing report
3. Provide data for filing of income tax return
4. Provide data for annual tax return filing

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

• Good working knowledge in day-to-day accounting & income tax
• Ability to liaison with external and internal stakeholders

• 3-4 Years in Income Tax matters

• Must have complete CA
• Good working knowledge of income tax law and procedures

• Working knowledge in accounting ERP
• Good communication – oral & writing 

• Must be a team player
