Job & Division Summary: 

If you can walk into a compressor room, listen for a few seconds, and already know what’s wrong - we’re looking for you.

We’re hiring a Compressor Expert to lead how next-generation compressed air systems are designed, optimized, and operated worldwide. This is not just a monitoring role — this is the technical authority shaping how industrial air management will evolve.

You will work directly with global customers, serve as the go-to expert across teams, and influence product direction and system architecture. Positioned at the center of action between customers and engineering. You will help shape the roadmap and define how modern compressor systems should truly perform in real production environments.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where expertise drives real impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex system optimization initiatives across global customer sites
  • Own the technical direction of compressor system architecture and master control strategies
  • Shape next-generation air management practices through real-world insights and customer feedback
  • Act as the primary technical authority in customer engagements, audits, and strategic discussions
  • Drive system design validation based on real performance data - not theoretical assumptions
  • Influence product evolution by translating field expertise into actionable roadmap input
  • Guide L3 Support, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success with deep domain knowledge
  • Monitor live systems and identify performance gaps or optimization opportunities

Mandatory Skills

  • Led hands-on optimization projects for industrial compressor systems
  • Owned system design and master control strategy implementation
  • Conducted compressor system audits and delivered measurable performance improvements
  • Served as the technical authority in customer-facing discussions
  • Demonstrated deep expertise in industrial air systems and control logic
  • Worked cross-functionally with global engineering and operational teams
  • Strong analytical mindset combined with practical, field-level execution
  • Excellent communication skills-able to translate complex technical concepts clearly
