Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced (7+ years)  Oracle Finance Analyst in Project Billing and Accounting to join our Finance Solution Goveranance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, analyzing, and maintaining our Oracle R12 (and 11i) Financial system. This role will work closely with finance, IT, and business teams to ensure effective system use and support financial operations, reporting, and project implementation. The candidate will provide technical expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and help streamline processes for optimal performance and accuracy.

 

Responsibilities

  • Analyze requirements and design Oracle 11i & R12 functional specifications.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the Functional Integrations team for their area of expertise.
  • Collaborate with implementation consultants and stakeholders on daily status calls and assist with project progress during critical phases
  • Design monitoring capabilities for error handling and re-processing by end-users
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Go-Live, knowledge transfer to AMS, and stabilization.
  • Governering solutions or improvements gor business procedures within the following modules:  Oracle Projects, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, and General Ledger modules in both test and production environments.
  • Perform regular system audits and validations to ensure data accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and company policies.

 

Basic Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience working with Oracle Financials (EBS or Cloud) in a finance, accounting, or systems support  and solution governance capacity.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Oracle EBS Financial modules (GL, AP,,CST, AR, FA) or Oracle Cloud Financials.
  • Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
