Job Summary

Sr. Engineer – Delhi Region is responsible for developing and executing the regional Spare parts sales strategy, managing key customer accounts, and leading the technical-commercial sales process. The role requires strong leadership, customer relationship management, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve regional Spare parts sales targets for the Delhi NCR and North India territory
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers
  • Manage and support the regional Dealers.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Conduct technical presentations, proposal preparation, and commercial negotiations
  • Collaborate with the Execution and engineering teams for solution development
  • Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to support business development

Basic Qualifications

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation preferred)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical service or After sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English (Hindi and other regional languages are a plus)

 

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

  • Based in Delhi NCR
  • 50–60% travel within the North India region
