Job Summary

This role is responsible for generating high‑quality leads through proactive outreach, managing customer interactions across multiple channels, and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce. It includes executing cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns, nurturing lost or inactive customers, handling enquiry mailboxes, and ensuring data integrity for reporting. The position also tracks key performance metrics including lead quality, conversion rates, and call volumes to support ongoing sales and marketing effectiveness.

 

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through proactive cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted email campaigns.
  • Identify new business opportunities using industrial databases, historical leads, and exhibition attendee lists.
  • Reconnect with inactive or lost customers to explore potential reengagement opportunities.
  • Perform IVR calling activities as required to support lead generation efforts.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all interactions, followups, and lead progress in Salesforce.
  • Ensure Salesforce data integrity and completeness for reliable reporting and analysis.
  • Monitor and respond promptly to incoming inquiries from designated email IDs: irpft.india@irco.com and enquiry.everest@irco.com.
  • Evaluate lead quality and ensure systematic followup to improve conversion outcomes.
  • Track and report key performance metrics such as qualified leads generated, conversion rates, call volumes, and engagement results.
  • Collaborate with Sales and AMT teams to continuously refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Graduation or Post Graduation in business or sales related area is preferred

 

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Work from Office (New Delhi HO)

 

Key Competencies

  • Lead engagement experience in Process Flow or similar industry
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in Salesforce and MS Excel
