Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced customer relationship Manager Sales to be responsible for engaging with customers/Channel partners by building and preserving trusting relationships, to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with existing clients. To be successful as a customer relationship manager, you should possess excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of the organization.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Dealers’ growth & Relation ManagementMonthly/Qtly performance review with dealers & concerned regions & resolving conflicts if any between two or more dealers /territory issues along with Dealer’s compliance & Discipline
  1. Domestic dealer development in SPD / SCB / AMT divisions as per requirement & development plan -                                                    To appoint new and parallel Dealers at non represented or non-performing dealers’ area & Ensure their selection documents Signed agreements ar e completed.
  2. Support & coordination role with Sales & Execution: Teams to ensure sales plan to achieve in all Everest One departments.
  3. Effective Tour & Travel along with Dealers sales team.
  4. Ensure existing Everest Dealers growth path would be minimum 20 to 25%. MOU activities & coordination to be completed within regions.
  5. To keep the sustainable growth in Everest Regions specially focusing on SPD AMT SCB kind requirements in the entire FY.
  6. Time to time updating Management dealer’s development growth / training activities & nurture plans.
  7. Dealer Management Program to be launched and make it success thru CRM Portal as per Ingersoll Rand business expectations.
  8. TPDD Process of new dealers on board which happens once in 3 years to be followed as IR guidelines for the dealers who can achieve 120 KUSD and above business in one calendar year

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 10-15 experience in same field.
  • Existing experienced person may be considered.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Proactive & self-Initiator.
  • A Team Player with a high level of dedication.
