Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to develop, expand, and manage our dealer and channel partner network across India. This role will play a critical part in driving profitable sales growth, increasing market penetration, enhancing dealer productivity, and building long-term channel partnerships. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and channel partners to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel partner growth strategies aligned with annual business objectives.
- Identify, appoint, onboard, and develop new dealers in strategic and high-potential territories.
- Drive sustainable sales growth through existing dealer networks and improve channel productivity.
- Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with channel partners.
- Support dealer teams through training, coaching, and capability development initiatives.
- Travel extensively with dealer and regional sales teams to identify new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, applications, pricing, and industry trends to support business growth.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Service, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless customer support and business execution.
- Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent.
- MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- 10-15 years of experience in Channel Sales, Dealer Development, Business Development, or Industrial Product Sales.
- Proven success in developing and managing dealer networks across multiple regions.
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, compressors, blowers, vacuum pumps, capital goods, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
- Full-time onsite role based at Delhi Corporate Office.
- Extensive travel across India (approximately 50-70%).
Frequent customer visits, dealer engagement activities, and business reviews.
