Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Specialist will support Marketing and Demand Generation initiatives for the Low Pressure PFT India portfolio. The role focuses on driving qualified lead generation, strengthening brand visibility, and supporting marketing priorities through integrated, multi‑channel marketing programs.

Working closely with sales, service, engineering teams & global stakeholders, the role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing activities including campaigns, product launches, digital presence, events, and brand regionalization initiatives. The position requires strong coordination skills, data‑driven execution, and a clear focus on ROI to ensure marketing programs align with business objectives in the manufacturing and industrial sector.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Execute highgrowth demand generation campaigns aligned with the commercial priorities and growth objectives of the business.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute the development of marketing communication materials including brochures, case studies, presentations, and other sales enablement collateral.
  • Localize, create, and continuously update website content aligned to SEO and AIO strategies to improve visibility, traffic, and lead conversion.
  • Optimize Google Ads and PPC campaigns to drive continuous improvement in lead generation efficiency and marketing ROI.
  • Develop targeted content such as organic social posts, email campaigns, webinars, and digital assets to engage ideal customer profiles.
  • Maintain the social media content calendar and ensure timely, regular posting across official digital and social media channels.
  • Execute product launches, trade shows, exhibitions, and customercentric marketing events in collaboration with sales and regional teams.
  • Track weekly MQLs, funnel performance, and bookings generated through marketing programs using Salesforce dashboards and reports.
  • Analyze campaign and performance data to optimize demand generation effectiveness and report weekly on key performance metrics and campaign outcomes.
  • Maintain and improve the quality, accuracy, and coverage of marketing contact databases.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders including sales, service, engineering, product management, and global marketing teams, as well as external partners and vendors.


Basic Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing within a multinational organization, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively collaborate with regional and global stakeholders.

  • Hands‑on expertise in digital marketing elements including SEO, AIO, SEA, website management, and campaign execution.
  • Proficient in marketing tools and platforms such as Salesforce (CRM), SKAI, Eloqua, SEMRush, Canva, and AI platforms including Copilot.
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting, analysis, and presentations.
  • Proactive, go‑getter mindset with a strong willingness to continuously learn, adapt, and grow.
