Responsibility:
- As a profile Hunter you are in charge to find new opporutnities to increase our footprint for Assembly Market, Industrial Market, Maintenance Market and matérial Handling
- Conduct active field visits, demonstrations, and manage sales opportunities
- Identify and develop new Specialized Distributors and new Direct Customers in target vertical markets
- Provide commercial, technical, and application support to distributors and key end users
- Serve as the primary point of contact for direct customers, distributors, and internal teams, addressing all specific inquiries from various stakeholders
- Optimize territory coverage to maximize reach and impact
- Manage day-to-day business in efficient and timely manner.
- Monitor and report on business trends, product fit and customer requirements.
Technical Skills / Work Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience and demonstrated success in a commercial role in industrial products
- To Have a good knowlegde of Industrial Market ( Aerospace, Transport, MVI, General Industries ..... )
- Preferred degree in Technical- and in Business-related discipline
- Experienced and knowledgeable of power tools, with proficiency in software/hardware applications would be a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).
Personal Skills:
- Strong team player, adept at collaborating with global cross-functional teams
- Fluent in both spoken and written local language and English
- Skilled in identifying opportunities, asking insightful questions, and understanding customers' needs beyond fixed products and solutions
- Comfortable with extensive travel, up to 75% of the time
- Exemplary written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Highly organized in managing time, territory, and associated administrative functions
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work the necessary hours to effectively fulfill job responsibilities
- The candidate should be located in Casablanca Area and will cover Morocco and Tunisia.
