Job Summary 

  • Sales Manager responsible for South Africa and Central Africa
  • Focused on WWT segment/deployment in the whole Region
  • Deploy and maintain relationship with the Distributors net.
  • Handle direct business, when required, with main Key Account.
  • Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
  • Understand costumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
  • Manage a small Sales Team once organization is fully settled.
  • Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
  • Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach.
  • Mainly focused on WWT Segment but anyway dedicate to expand all the market segments.
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
  • Proper follow up on generated funnel.
  • Manage monthly booking and revenue, accordingly to Company target.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to propose customized solutions.
  • Monitor sales KPIs and reporting to management.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to optimize commercial strategy.
  • Participate in trade fairs and industry events.

 

Key Competencies:  

  • Experience and knowledge related to low pressure business, specifically in the WWT segment.
  • Good technical skill and knowledge of  products like PD Blower, Screw blower, Turbo, liquid ring vacuum pumps.
  • Capability to performe basic financial analysys
  • Capability to build Business plan with Distributors and rappresentatives.
  • Capability to held meetings at high level with all the major Customers, mainly EPC.

Qualifications: 

  • Degree in Engineering is preferred
  • Five or more years of experience in managing sales, preferentially in a corporate setting
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Leadership ability
  • English is a must
