Job Summary
- Sales Manager responsible for South Africa and Central Africa
- Focused on WWT segment/deployment in the whole Region
- Deploy and maintain relationship with the Distributors net.
- Handle direct business, when required, with main Key Account.
- Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
- Understand costumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
- Manage a small Sales Team once organization is fully settled.
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
- Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach.
- Mainly focused on WWT Segment but anyway dedicate to expand all the market segments.
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
- Proper follow up on generated funnel.
- Manage monthly booking and revenue, accordingly to Company target.
- Collaborate with the technical team to propose customized solutions.
- Monitor sales KPIs and reporting to management.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to optimize commercial strategy.
- Participate in trade fairs and industry events.
Key Competencies:
- Experience and knowledge related to low pressure business, specifically in the WWT segment.
- Good technical skill and knowledge of products like PD Blower, Screw blower, Turbo, liquid ring vacuum pumps.
- Capability to performe basic financial analysys
- Capability to build Business plan with Distributors and rappresentatives.
- Capability to held meetings at high level with all the major Customers, mainly EPC.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering is preferred
- Five or more years of experience in managing sales, preferentially in a corporate setting
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Leadership ability
- English is a must
