Job Summary: As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth, profitability, and strategic direction of your assigned business line. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage key customer relationships, and ensure operational excellence while aligning with the broader goals of the organization
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Commercial Leadership
Identify and develop new business opportunities across the divisions of GLI / OFS and work closely with Product management- Define and execute the business line strategy for assigned divisions in alignment with OFS/ GLI overall objectives.
- Lead management and act as bridge between sales and ETO / Product team hence bring speed to market (Manage business Leads from the touch points with internal customers ) to maximize value creation and efficient governance of the resources.
- Drive consultative, value-based approaches across all the competences being offered from existing product basket and advice product management for new development to fill the product gaps.
- Collaborate with the Regional /Local Teams to identify the roadmaps and build strategy to engage and add value.
- Identify and build new competencies to support the Divisions of GLI / OFS
Customer & Market Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Understand customer needs and translate them into actionable business solutions thru Street fighter and product differentiator tools
- Monitor project trends, customer feedback to manage customer needs thru marketing website and internet resources
- Study the Market trends basis sector and map the product offering and make productive sales tools for sales team
· BE/B. Tech with 10+ years of experience
· Must be known to the local areas/region

· Must be able to communicate technological solutions not only to technical but to business users as well
· Understanding of the Sales Cycle and where the Sales Engineering Team is responsible
· Must excel in competitive situations with go getter approach.
