Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present wastewater treatment solutions based on MBBR/attached growth processes
- Conduct site visits, assess plant performance, and diagnose process issues
- Work with process engineering teams to design optimized solutions
- Deliver technical presentations and proposals, addressing customer concerns with clarity and candor
- Support techno-commercial bids and drive technical closure
- Collaborate across sales, engineering, and execution teams for seamless delivery
Education and Qualification
Degree in Environmental or Chemical Engineering
Experience
5–6 years' Experience in wastewater treatment design (MBBR/biological processes preferred)
Other Requirements
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional environments
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
- Proven experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or application engineering
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
- Hands-on exposure to site evaluation and troubleshooting. Ability to translate site problems into practical, engineered solutions
