Job Summary
Part of GD team, candidate will take care of After market requirements of our brands Robuschi, Elmo-Rietschle, Gardner Denver, Roots . Responsible for achieving Aftermarket Growth whilst offering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Enquiry Handling- Co-ordinating with customers to get detailed information and submit the price quotation.
- Follow up for quotations and convert the opportunity to order.
- Visiting key customers and distributors
- Extracting information from SAP i.e BOM, Last purchase history, Machine history, drawings
- Tender submission and follow up activities on Government portals.
- Weekly monitoring Order booking and Revenue and provide forecast.
- Co-ordination with cross function teams i.e Order processing/Purchase/planning/Logistic/Finance to execute orders.
- AR collection/ payment follow ups.
Basic Qualifications
- Diploma or graduate in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrument control)
- Proficiency in English Language.
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
Travel across PAN India required
Key Competencies
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales and Aftermarket
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill for building customer relationship and resolving queries.
- Knowledge of costing and ability to calculate competitive pricing for customers.
- Ability to Analyse data to prepare forecast, set pricing and evaluate proposals.
- Knowledge and experience of SAP is mandatory.
- Should be able to build trust and maintaining long term relationships with customers.
